Warranty

All devices sold by us are new, certified, and fully ready for use. We pay special attention to product quality and provide a warranty for each item according to the terms set by the manufacturer. Warranty and post-warranty services are carried out in specialized service centers, including our private service center in Baku.

For a warranty repair, you must provide a completed warranty card, the faulty product, and, if necessary, the purchase receipt. Please note that in some cases the warranty may not be valid: for example, if the warranty card is filled out incorrectly, the device’s serial number or model has been altered, or the repair was performed outside an authorized service center.

Key points of warranty service:

  • Only new and certified products are sold.

  • The warranty period is determined by the manufacturer and indicated in the product description or on the warranty card.

  • Warranty and post-warranty repairs are carried out in specialized service centers (including our private service center in Baku).

  • Required documents for repair: completed warranty card, faulty product, purchase receipt.

  • Warranty service may be refused if: the warranty card is filled out incorrectly, the serial number or model is changed, or the repair is performed outside an authorized service center.
