Delivery

Delivery is carried out to the specified address between 10:00 and 18:00. The recipient must be present at the agreed time, as the courier will contact them approximately 1–2 hours before departure. After the online order is confirmed, the delivery time is additionally coordinated with the customer. If the customer cannot accept the order on the proposed day, it will be stored for 7 days, after which unpaid orders are automatically cancelled. This rule applies to all types of delivery and only to unpaid orders.

Delivery is performed inside the address if hallways and passages are clear, and their dimensions must be at least 5 cm larger than the product packaging. If it is not possible to carry the product inside, it will be handed over at the nearest accessible point. The courier does not handle cleaning, moving objects, or providing advice on product usage, installation, or adjustment. Upon receipt, the customer has the right to inspect the product’s appearance, packaging, quantity, completeness, and accompanying documents. Orders are delivered only to the designated recipient or a person authorized on their behalf, and delivery is considered completed once documents are signed, either on paper or electronically. Delivery outside the borders of Azerbaijan is not available.

Delivery times depend on the size of the order and its location in the warehouse. In Baku, Sumgait, and Khirdalan, small orders that are in stock and placed before 14:30 can be delivered the same day. Large orders stored at the central warehouse are delivered within 2 days, while delivery from other warehouses may take longer. For regions, delivery takes up to 3 days, depending on product availability in the regional store or warehouse. Delivery times may be longer if the product is shipped from other stores or warehouses.

Delivery cost is 5 AZN for orders up to 250 AZN. Orders above 250 AZN are delivered free of charge. Delivery is not performed if the address is incorrect or delivery conditions are not met. By placing an order, the customer automatically agrees to the stated delivery terms.

Express delivery costs 19.99 AZN. In Baku, Sumgait, and Khirdalan, express orders placed before 17:00 are delivered the same day, while orders placed after 17:00 are delivered the next day.

Payment methods include online payment by bank card, installment payment with KapitalBank (BirBank) cards, payment upon delivery by bank card or cash, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
