Return Policy
Our store operates in accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights.” You can return or exchange a product in the following cases:
Return and exchange of defective products (factory defect)
Defective products can be returned or exchanged within the warranty period.
To do this:

Call the hotline and inform about the return.

Follow the operator’s instructions and visit any "Sublim.az" retail point to inform a consultant.

An expert will inspect the product on-site. If the defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced or money refunded.

If the defect cannot be confirmed immediately, the product will be sent for service inspection.

Once confirmed, the full amount, including delivery, will be refunded.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Special cases: if one person buys the product and another pays (e.g., a gift), the refund is made to the person who paid for the order, not the recipient.
Return of products by personal request
You can return or exchange a product within 14 days after receipt, if:

It has not been used and shows no signs of use.

Its commercial appearance and consumer qualities are preserved.

Factory packaging is intact.

Full set is preserved.

Programs are not installed or activated (for electronics).

Receipt or other proof of payment is available.
Products purchased online at Sublim.az can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
Return procedure:

Contact the operator and inform about the return.

Follow the operator’s instructions and visit any "Sublim.az" retail point to inform a consultant.

The product will be evaluated by a technical expert. If on-site inspection is not possible, it will be sent for service inspection.

If the product meets the return conditions, the full amount, including delivery, will be refunded.

Refunds are made using the same payment method as the purchase.

If the buyer and payer are different, the refund goes to the payer.

Products not meeting return conditions may be taken by the buyer.
Return of services

When a defective product is returned, the service may also be refunded.

When a product is exchanged, the service applies to the new device.

If the product is exchanged for a different category, the service is not refunded.

If no defects are found in the returned product, the cost of services provided is not refunded.

Except for cash guarantee (insurance), provided services are non-refundable.

If the service has been provided, the refund applies only to the service, not the product.
Additional conditions:

For cashless payments, the retail point sends a request to the buyer’s bank. Refunds are processed by the bank within 14 calendar days.
